Weekend or week long workshops are perfect when you need to get your workplace or group together to take some time to focus on wellbeing and health.
Tracy can design a yoga or wellbeing workshop to suit your groups needs. She also has a number of complimentary colleagues she can call upon to ensure that all your needs are being met within the areas of health, nutrition, meditation, yoga and wellbeing.
WORKSHOPS
- Meditation: Learn what meditation is, how it can reduce stress and improve overall health and how to do it yourself.
- Home Practice: Learn some basic and safe poses to practice at home.
- Yoga for Teenagers: From 12 years onwards.
- Yoga Therapy and Back Care: Excellent for improved posture, injury rehabilitation and increased mobility for over 55’s.
Different content will be covered at each workshop, so if you are interested in a certain topic, booking both dates may be of interest. All workshops are from 10am – 4pm, BYO lunch/snacks and notebook.
