Yoga is an amazing health elixir... reduce stress, relax and revive your body, mind and spirit...

Classes are based on the Hatha style of yoga, which is general and very gentle on the body, and we personalise each class to suit the participants.

Yoga is great for everyone, no matter what age or level of flexibility.

We love to work with all bodies, ages and levels of experience... a particularly big welcome to beginners!

CURRENT BOOKINGS

Tracy is currently accepting bookings for private one on one sessions.  She welcomes all interested students and is particularly keen to accept more students looking for injury rehabilitation, recovery from medical intervention or seeking relief from illness.

These classes are one hour in duration - please call for pricing information.
