Yoga is an amazing health elixir... reduce stress, relax and revive your body, mind and spirit...

Classes are based on the Hatha style of yoga, which is general and very gentle on the body, and we personalise each class to suit the participants.

Yoga is great for everyone, no matter what age or level of flexibility.  We love to work with all bodies, ages and levels of experience... a particularly big welcome to beginners!

BEGINNERS YOGA - NEW CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2011

WORKSHOPS

  • Meditation:  Learn what meditation is, how it can reduce stress and improve overall health and how to do it yourself.  Saturday 19th November and Saturday 3rd December.
  • Home Practice:  Learn some basic and safe poses to practice at home.  Sunday 20th November and Sunday 4th December.
  • Yoga for Teenagers:  From 12 years onwards.  Saturday 26th November and Saturday 17th December.
  • Yoga Therapy and Back Care:  Excellent for improved posture, injury rehabilitation and increased mobility for over 55’s.  Sunday 27th November and Sunday 18th December.

Different content will be covered at each workshop, so if you are interested in a certain topic, booking both dates may be of interest.  All workshops are from 10am – 4pm, BYO lunch/snacks and notebook. $50 per person per workshop. 

CLASSES

Beginner’s classes will be conducted on all of the above dates. 8am and 5pm, 1 hour duration $20.
